ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

This site and the materials herein are directed only to certain types of investors and to persons in jurisdictions where EIGHTClouds Real Estate Investment Fund I (the "Fund") is authorised for distribution. Access to information regarding the Fund and any potential investment opportunity is restricted to eligible investors only. The Fund does not accept retail investors.

ELIGIBLE INVESTOR REQUIREMENTS

Prospective investors must:

  • Be capable of bearing a total loss of capital;
  • Have sufficient financial resources to meet capital commitments;

GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY

Investors must confirm that:

  • Investment in the Fund is lawful in their jurisdiction;
  • They are permitted to receive information about unregistered offshore funds;
  • No local registration or regulatory filing is required by the Fund.

U.S. PERSON RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly permitted under applicable exemptions:

  • U.S. Persons may not invest;
  • Interests may not be offered or sold in the United States;
  • Transfers to U.S. Persons are restricted.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING & KYC

All investors must comply with Cayman Islands AML regulations, international sanctions requirements, Know Your Client ("KYC") procedures and source of funds and source of wealth verification.

The Fund reserves the right to reject any subscription, request additional documentation, and delay or refuse admission without explanation.

DISCRETIONARY ADMISSION

Admission of investors is entirely at the discretion of the Fund. Submission of a subscription document does not guarantee acceptance.
